Terms of Service for AdminSheet Pro

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AdminSheet Pro Google Sheets Add-on (“the Service”) operated by HWS Technologies (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By installing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, HWS Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AdminSheet Pro for your internal business administration purposes.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Pricing: The Service is a paid application available via subscription (e.g., $10.00 USD/year).

Payment Processing: All payments, billing, and taxes are handled exclusively by Google via the Google Workspace Marketplace. HWS Technologies does not store your credit card information.

Free Trial: We may offer a free trial (e.g., 30 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google will charge the subscription fee.

Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the standard refund policies of the Google Workspace Marketplace.

3. User Responsibilities (Critical)

AdminSheet Pro is a powerful administrative tool capable of performing bulk operations, including the permanent deletion of users, groups, and data.

  • You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the spreadsheet.

  • You are solely responsible for verifying data accuracy before clicking “Run.”

  • Backup: You agree to maintain appropriate backups of your data before performing destructive actions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HWS TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HWS TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

(A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;

(B) ANY ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN THE SERVICE;

(C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA RESULTING FROM GOOGLE’S SECURITY FAILURES.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
