Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AdminSheet Pro Google Workspace Add-on (“the Service”) operated by HWS Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By installing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

AdminSheet Pro is a Google Workspace Add-on that enables administrators to perform bulk management tasks for users, groups, memberships, and aliases directly from Google Sheets.

The Service operates within your Google Workspace environment and integrates with Google APIs including the Google Admin SDK and Google Sheets.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HWS Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AdminSheet Pro for your internal organizational administration purposes.

You may not:
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

3. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

AdminSheet Pro offers the following plans:

Trial Plan
• Free plan available via Google Workspace Marketplace
• Includes a limited number of operations
• No payment required

Standard Plan
• Paid subscription per admin seat per year
• Provides full access to AdminSheet Pro features and unlimited operations

Professional Plan
• Paid subscription per admin seat per year
• Includes all Standard features plus priority support and early access to new features

All payments, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled exclusively by Google through the Google Workspace Marketplace.

HWS Technologies does not process or store payment information.

Refunds and billing disputes are subject to the policies of the Google Workspace Marketplace.

4. Use of Google Workspace Services

AdminSheet Pro integrates with Google Workspace services and APIs. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable Google Workspace terms, policies, and administrator requirements.

The Service requires appropriate domain administrator permissions to function.

5. User Responsibilities (Important)

AdminSheet Pro is a powerful administrative tool capable of performing bulk operations including:

• Creating users
• Suspending or deleting users
• Managing groups
• Removing members
• Managing aliases

You are solely responsible for:

• The data entered into spreadsheets
• Verifying accuracy before executing actions
• Ensuring you have proper administrative authority
• Maintaining backups of important data

The Service executes actions exactly as configured by the administrator.

HWS Technologies does not validate or review administrative actions before execution.

6. Service Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or improve the Service at any time to maintain compatibility with Google Workspace, improve functionality, or enhance security.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• The Service is used in violation of these Terms
• The Service is used in violation of Google policies
• There is suspected abuse or unlawful activity

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the add-on.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HWS TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HWS TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of data
• Loss of business operations
• Errors in administrative execution
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party infrastructure or services

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GOOGLE SERVICES OR API AVAILABILITY.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where HWS Technologies operates – Ghana.
