Billing & Licenses
Why does the tool need permission to “See, edit, create, and delete” data?
These are standard permissions required by Google’s Admin SDK to perform the tasks you ask it to do. For example, to create a user from the sheet, the script needs “create” permission. The tool only performs these actions when you explicitly click a “Run” button.
Does AdminSheetPro store my user data?
No. AdminSheetPro is a client-side application. It runs entirely within your Google environment. We do not have a database, and we never see, store, or transmit your user data, passwords, or group information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google.
- Go to your Google Admin Console.
- Navigate to Billing > Subscriptions.
- Find “hapaSheetPro” and cancel it there.
Can I try the tool before buying?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial. You have full access to all features during this time.
I paid for a subscription, but it still says “Active subscription required.”
This can happen due to a slight delay in Google’s licensing server.
-
- Wait 5–10 minutes after purchase.
- Perform a hard refresh of your browser.
- Ensure you are logged into the Google Sheet with the exact same email address that purchased the subscription.

Getting Started & Setup
Can I rename the sheets (tabs) at the bottom?
No. The tool relies on specific sheet names (e.g., “1. Create Users”, “6. Create Groups”) to know where to look for data. If you rename them, the tool will not find them. If you accidentally rename one, use the Setup Wizard > Setup All Sheets to regenerate it.
I clicked “Setup All Sheets” but nothing happened.
The first time you run any command, Google requires you to authorize the script.
- Look for a pop-up window asking for permission.
- If you don’t see it, check your browser’s address bar for a “pop-up blocked” icon.
- Allow pop-ups for Google Sheets and try clicking the menu item again.
I installed the add-on, but I don’t see the menu. Where is it?
After installing, open a Google Sheet and look for AdminSheetPro in the top menu bar. If you don’t see it immediately:
- Wait a few minutes (Google sometimes has a slight delay).
- Refresh your browser page.
- Check under the Extensions menu if it’s nested there.
Support
I found a bug or need help. How do I contact support?
You have two options:
- In the App: Open the sidebar menu, click Help, and select “Report a Bug”. This will open an email draft to our support team.
- Online: Visit our website at adminheetpro.com/support-portal/ to raise a support ticket directly.
Please include screenshots of any errors if possible!
Using the Tool
Can I undo an action (like deleting a user)?
No. Actions performed by this tool are real-time and permanent.
- Warning: When you delete a user or group via this tool, it is deleted from Google Workspace immediately. Always use the Export feature first to back up your lists before making bulk changes.
I received an error: “Resource Not Found”. What does this mean?
This is a data error. It means you tried to perform an action on an email address that doesn’t exist in your Google Workspace.
- Example: Adding a user to a group, but the group email is spelled wrong.
Fix:
- Check the spelling of the email addresses in your sheet against your Google Admin Console.
Why is the sidebar stuck on “Processing…”?
This usually happens if the script is waiting for a permission you haven’t granted yet, or if you are processing a massive amount of data at once.
- Fix: Refresh your browser page (Cmd+Shift+R or Ctrl+Shift+R) and try running the action again.
- Tip: If you are processing thousands of rows, try doing them in batches of 500 to avoid Google’s time-out limits.
I typed data into a cell and clicked “Run,” but the tool ignored it. Why?
This happens if you are still in “Edit Mode” (the cursor is still blinking inside the cell) when you click the button. Google Sheets does not save the data until you leave the cell.
Fix: Always press Enter or Tab, or click on a different empty cell before clicking the “Run” button in the sidebar. This ensures your data is saved and visible to the script.
