Welcome to AdminSheet Pro (“the Application”, “we”, “us”, “our”), developed by HWS Technologies. By installing, authorizing, and using AdminSheet Pro via the Google Workspace Marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the Application immediately and revoke its Google Cloud OAuth tokens.

1. Description of Service

AdminSheet Pro is a Google Sheets Add-on designed exclusively for Google Workspace Administrators. It provides a technical interface allowing you to execute specialized bulk operations (e.g., creating, updating, suspending, and deleting user accounts, groups, and aliases) across your organizational domain via the Google Admin SDK.

2. Authorization and Administrative Privileges

  1. Strictly for Administrators: You explicitly represent and warrant that you are an authorized Google Workspace Administrator for the domain on which you install and use this Application.
  2. No Privilege Escalation: The Application cannot override or circumvent Google Workspace security protocols. It acts entirely on your behalf and is legally and technically constrained by the exact OAuth scopes and administrative permissions granted to your specific Google account.
  3. Compliance with Google Policies: You agree to use the Application in compliance with Google’s own Acceptable Use Policy and all Google Workspace terms.

3. Data Sensitivity and Zero-Egress Operation

Because AdminSheet Pro has the capability to bulk-modify or bulk-delete sensitive domain directory data, it was purposefully built on a verified Zero-Egress Architecture.

  • Your Data Stays With You: The Application strictly brokers requests between your active browser window, your active Google Sheet, and the Google Admin SDK. We do not copy, tunnel, harvest, or download your administrative data (such as user lists, passwords, or mapping data) to any third-party databases.
  • Your Responsibility: Because we do not store your Google Workspace data on our servers, we cannot recover, “undelete,” or restore data that you accidentally modify or destroy using the Application. You agree to exercise extreme professional caution and verify all spreadsheet data before executing any “Create,” “Update,” “Suspend,” or “Delete” operations.

4. Limitation of Liability and “As-Is” Software

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

  1. “AS-IS” Provision: The Application is provided “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or that Google’s APIs will remain consistently available.
  2. Third-Party API Outages: AdminSheet Pro relies entirely on the Google Admin SDK and Google Sheets APIs. We are not liable for any service interruptions, rate limits, or functionality breakages caused directly by Google changing, deprecating, or throttling their own APIs.
  3. No Liability for Data Loss: Under no circumstances shall HWS Technologies, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, business interruption, account suspension, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
  4. Operator Error: If you execute a bulk command through the Application that negatively impacts your Google Workspace directory or users, you accept full and unilateral legal responsibility for those actions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (Stripe)

  1. Usage Limits: The Free Tier of the Application restricts the number of actions you can perform daily (“API Credits”). Attempting to bypass these limits via scripting exploits or API manipulation is an explicit violation of these Terms.
  2. Premium Licensing: Upgrading to a Pro License removes operational restrictions. All billing, credit card processing, and subscription management are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your financial information.
  3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your application will revert to the Free Tier limits at the end of your billing cycle.
  4. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital software and direct API access, all purchases are generally non-refundable unless legally mandated by your jurisdiction.

6. Access Revocation and Termination

  1. User Termination: You can terminate this agreement instantly at any time by uninstalling the AdminSheet Pro Application from your Google Workspace environment. This action automatically severs our API access.
  2. Developer Termination: We reserve the right to revoke your Application license or permanently block your access to our licensing backends if we detect malicious network activity, extreme API abuse, reverse-engineering attempts, or systemic violations of Google’s Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted international software licensing standards and laws applicable to the jurisdiction of HWS Technologies, without regard to conflict of law principles.
