Welcome to AdminSheet Pro. In this guide, you will learn how to easily bulk-suspend users in Google Workspace using the AdminSheet Pro Google Sheets add-on.
Step 1: Open the Suspend Users Tool
- Open Google Sheets.
- Click on the Extensions menu and select AdminSheet Pro.
- Navigate to Manage Users and click on “Suspend Users”.

If you have not used this feature before, AdminSheet Pro will automatically create the required sheet for you.
Step 2: Prepare the User List
Populating this sheet is incredibly straightforward. The only required column is the “Primary Email” column (marked with an asterisk).
Simply paste the primary email addresses of all the users you wish to suspend into this column.

Step 3: Run the Suspension Process
Before running the tool, you can double-check your Google Workspace Admin Console to verify that the targeted users are currently active.

- Return to your Google Sheet.
- In the AdminSheet Pro sidebar, click the “Run Suspend Users” button.
You can follow the process in the sidebar.
Important Note on Pacing: For bulk operations involving thousands of rows, AdminSheet Pro will automatically pause at 5.5 minutes and restart after 10 seconds. This ensures your operation stays within Google’s 6-minute API safety requirements. Please do not close your browser while the tool is running. AdminSheet Pro will handle the processing automatically.

Step 4: Review the Results
AdminSheet Pro will periodically write a SUCCESS or ERROR message in the Status column for every single row processed.
When the job is complete, the sidebar will display the total number of rows that were successful, failed, or skipped.

Go back to your Google Workspace Admin Console and refresh the page. You will see that the specified users have all been successfully suspended.
